Hello!
My name is Bebe Sprinzl, and I’m the founder of Flourish Focus and Learning LLC. I hold dual certification as a K–12 Special Education Teacher and a Teacher of the Visually Impaired, with a degree from Arizona State University. As both an educator and a mother of three—including two homeschooled children—I bring a personal and professional understanding of the diverse needs students and families face.
Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in both public school districts and private educational settings, which has helped me refine a thoughtful, individualized approach to learning. I’m especially passionate about building strong collaborative relationships and helping children and their families gain the tools and confidence they need to thrive—and to advocate for themselves every step of the way.
Mission
Our mission is to empower students with visual impairments and diverse learning needs through specialized Braille instruction, assistive technology training, and personalized academic support—tailored to help every learner build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive.
Vision
To create a supportive learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and academic achievement for children with visual impairments and diverse learning needs.
Values
Quality education, personalized attention, holistic development, and family involvement are at the core of our educational philosophy.

FAQ
Common Questions Answered
Find answers to common questions about our in-home tutoring services for children with visual impairments and other diverse learning needs. Whether your child receives special education support, uses Braille, or just needs a little extra guidance, we’re here to help you understand how our services can make a difference.
What is the ECC (Expanded Core Curriculum)?
The ECC is a set of essential skills that kids with visual impairments need to learn alongside regular academics. It covers things like how to move around safely, use technology, stay organized, build social skills, and more. These are the real-life tools that help visually impaired students become confident, independent adults. We weave ECC skills into our sessions in fun, meaningful ways that make sense for each child.
How does Braille instruction benefit my child?
Braille is more than just reading with your fingers—it’s a path to literacy and independence. For students who are blind or have very limited vision, Braille gives them full access to reading and writing just like their sighted peers. Learning Braille early helps build strong language and writing skills, and it boosts confidence in the classroom and beyond.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept private pay and am also a registered vendor on ClassWallet for families using Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). If you have questions about payment or using ESA funds, I’m happy to help walk you through it!
What is ESA & and classwallet?
Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program helps families fund their child’s education outside of the traditional public school system. It can be used for things like tutoring, therapies, curriculum, and other educational services. ClassWallet is the online platform that helps manage and spend ESA funds easily and securely.
As an approved vendor, I’m happy to work with ESA families—and can help guide you through the process if you’re just getting started!
What is executive functioning & why does it matter?
Executive functioning is all about the brain’s “management system”—the skills kids use to stay organized, start tasks, manage time, and stay focused. Some students need a little extra support building these skills, especially if they have ADHD, learning differences, or vision challenges. At Flourish Focus and Learning, we help kids learn how to plan, stay on track, and feel more in control of their schoolwork and routines.
How do customized learning materials help?
Every student learns differently, and that’s especially true for kids with visual impairments or learning differences. We create materials that fit your child’s unique needs—whether it’s large print, tactile graphics, audio support, or simplified layouts. These tools make learning easier, more engaging, and way more accessible at any age or grade level.
What technology training do you provide?
We help students learn how to use assistive technology tools that make school and daily life easier—especially for kids with visual impairments or other learning needs. That might include screen readers, magnifiers, iPads with accessibility features, Braille displays, or apps that help with organization and communication. We teach tech in a way that’s hands-on, low-stress, and tailored to your child’s goals, so they can feel confident and in control.
Why is family coaching important?
When families understand how to support their child’s unique learning needs, everything clicks a little easier. Family coaching gives parents and caregivers simple, practical tools to create a supportive home environment—whether it’s setting up routines, using helpful strategies, or understanding how your child learns best. It’s all about working together so your child can feel more confident, independent, and successful every day.
